Baked Salmon Fillet with herb cream sauceIngredients:
4 salmon fillets (6oz)
1oz butter
A sprig of parsley, thyme and chives
Salt and pepper

1. Preheat oven to 180c,350f, gas mark 4.

2. Line a baking sheet with two layers of foil. Making sure they are long enough to fold over tin.

3. Place the salmon on the foil, evenly spaced.

4. Dot with butter, a sprig of herbs and Salt and pepper.

5. Cover over, tenting foil over fish.

6. Bake for 20 minutes.

7. Remove and keep warm.
