It is a blustery day, cloudy but plenty of blue sky as well…a great drying day ,,Irish people love to dry clothes outside on the clothes line.
I have planted my seeds and have repotted a lot of tomatoes and chilies.
The new raised beds beside the poly tunnel are now full of soil and compost and ready for spinach, kale, lettuces, spring onions, beetroot…..
Last night I cooked for friends and we had chicken in a miso, honey and butter glaze and a side of quinoa, kale, pine nuts and goats cheese. delicious and I cannot wait to have my own kale to cook…. Nero di Toscana and Halboher Grun Krauser!
So there will be an abundance of home grow organic produce for our guests this summer!
